Absolutely beautiful - made me cry. A new favorite.

Worth the wait to read this latest in the series. Riveting plot but somewhat disappointing ending.

It was a good book, but it ascribed far too much emotion to Spock.

It was creepy but kept me reading

I love the lightning thief by Rick riordan. It has Greek mythology that was very interesting and even though I didn’t know anything about Greek mythology this book explained it well. The story was well written so I was hooked and read it very fast.

The chapters are each an impression of Willow Prins, who married into a family whose wealth came from diamonds, and Rayna Dumont, who happened to have slept with an employee who was murdered while she was asleep in his bed. A who done it mystery that was a fun book to read.

Truly loved the back and forth of how deeply tied together the past and present are. Brianna is a well developed character and the backbone of the family. Once again the love and care between the characters, the rich descriptions and well paced story leave you feeling as if you should be sitting in a pub hearing a scary local story. The final battle left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. While the planning and journey to get there built well, it all seemed to wrap up so easily. Absolutely will read the series again though

If you are invested in the Alex Cross series and have read his previous books, you will enjoy this one. Fast-moving plot and very good character development.
